Group personal training is as close as you can get to personal training but priced as a class rather than a one on one private session.

There is a maximum of 8 per class.

All members of this group are asked to contribute goals and then your trainer will plan each session carefully to accommodate everyone.

These classes are a very effective for fat burning and cross training. You will work on your cardiovascular fitness, strength, speed, power, agility, core strength and flexibility.  The level of intensity and difficulty set for each participant is based on whether you are a beginner or more advanced.

There are many tools incorporated into this program, not only to challenge you but to give you variety and keep you motivated.  Some of these tools include boxing equipment, skipping ropes, cardiovascular machines, steps, hula hoops, agility ladders, hurdles, fitballs, medicine balls, dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, kettle bells, battle ropes, XRSlides, an outdoor training ground and a 20 metre pool (in summer).

These classes are suited to you if you do not have any injuries or certain health conditions. You will need to do an initial consultation first to determine your suitability for this type of class.

Also if you have no prior exercise or gym experience you will definitely need to attend an initial consultation first to determine how well you can be integrated into this class.
