1st Pilates Introductory mat course for 2012

Tuesday evenings at 7pm over 6 consecutive weeks. Bring 2 towels, clean socks and your drink bottle.
The course is suitable for most however if you are in pain or have certain conditions I will advise you at the time of booking whether you should attend.
Included in the course is a complimentary list of all the basic exercises for you to practice outside of the class and an exercise band to assist with stretching.
