Welcome

To help make your first experience a smooth and pleasant one, please take the time to go through this information and the policies of the studio.

General Information:

  1. Bookings are essential for any of the services offered at the studio.  This can be done via any of the methods listed on my Contacts page

  2. Many of the classes are graded so you will need to go through some pre-screening before you can attend.  This can be done in person, email, skype or a phone call

  3. If you are new to Pilates you will definitely need to attend an 'Initial Consultation' first or a Pilates Introductory mat course to prepare you for the harder levels

  4. If you are commencing personal training you will definitely need to attend an 'Initial Consultation' first.  This first session is not an exercise session.  It is used to establish what your goals are, how you are going to get there and fitness testing.

  5. If you are in pain or have any injuries then a Pilates mat class would most likely be unsuitable for you at this stage, but private or semi-private Pilates studio sessions would be highly recommended

  6. Once you are book in and if you have access to a printer, please print out this Adult pre-exercise screening tool.  Complete Stage 1 and 2 of the form and bring this with you on your first visit.
