Group personal training

classNot only will you feel fitter, stronger and have more energy, you get to have some fun at the same time.

This new program is run as a 10 week challenge.

These sessions are a very effective for fat burning and cross training. Cross training enhances other sporting activities you may be involved in. You will work on your cardiovascular fitness, strength, speed, power, agility, core strength and flexibility.  There will be lots of levels set to cater for you whether you are at a beginner level or more advanced.

We will have some sessions with a Pilates focus so that you know how to maintain good posture whilst exercising and learn to work from your deepest muscles where you will achieve additional strength and control to carry out challenging exercises.

You will undergo fitness testing at the beginning, middle and end of the 10 weeks to ensure you remain on track.

I will be setting a weekly exercise schedule for you to follow even if you miss one of your sessions with me.

I will also be looking at your current eating habits and if you need guidance then I will steer you in the right direction because you can do all the exercise you want and if you are not watching what goes into your mouth you will never lose the body fat you want.
