There are many services which fall under the area of personal training. It’s all about you getting your own personalised training to help you meet your health and fitness goals. This may be simply trying to lose body fat, to get out of pain, to deal with a health problem or you may be training for a specific sports event. You tell me what you need and we will work together to met your goal.
The major benefit of personal training is that I will keep you motivated and on track. You will also be educated along the way with safe yet effective ways to exercise. Also, your training will be focused purely on your goals, rather than general goals in a class situation. One of the main goals of Coastal Pilates & Fitness is to educate you so that one day you will be an independent and self-motivated exerciser.
Personal training services include:
- Regular health screening & fitness assessments
- Posture correction by incorporating some Pilates into your session
- Special exercise prescription for Obesity, Older Adults, High Blood pressure, High cholesterol, Diabetes, Arthritis, Asthma, Osteoporosis and Pregnancy
- Nutrition consultations
- Homework
