Pilates Introductory courses (times and day may change depending on demand).

 

Descriptions:

Pilates Mat class:

  • Introductory (6 week course) please enquire
  • Basic
  • Basic-progressive
  • Progressive
  • Late Progressive
  • Intermediate

Group PT:

  • All levels catered for
  • High energy/fat burning workout
  • Includes cardiovascular and strength training; speed and agility work
  • Also Pilates for improved posture, core strength and flexibility
  • Activites include:  running, boxing, cardio machines, skipping, stepping, medicine balls, games, weights, resistance bands, aqua fitness/activities

Beyond 50:

  • Reversing the affects of aging on muscles and bones beyond 50
  • Managing or avoiding common lifestyle disesases eg high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes type 2, heart disease, osteporosis
  • Reducing the incidence of falls
  • Includes cardiovascular and strength training
  • Also Pilates for improved posture, core strength and flexibility 

Pilates semi-private studio:

  • One instructor supervising up to 3 clients working on their own Pilates program

Term 1 – Friday 27th January to Thursday 5th April (10 weeks)
     Public holiday:  6th April - Good Friday

Term 2 – Wednesday 23rd April to Friday 29th June (10 weeks)
     Public holiday: 26th April - Anzac Day

Term 3 – Monday 16th July to Friday 21st September (10 weeks)

Term 4 – Monday 8th October to Friday 21st December (10 weeks)
