These classes are designed to stretch and release those commonly tight areas of your body using a combination of foam rollers, Yamuna balls, bands, spiky balls and static stretching positions. The goal is to stretch your entire body within the hour.

Classes will run 11am Tuesdays and 6.30pm Wednesdays.  More classes can be put on based on demand so please ask.
