Female health and performance coaching is a specialized approach that focuses on empowering women to optimize their overall well-being and reach their potential in various aspects of life.

It is about a holistic approach to health, encompassing physical, mental, and emotional aspects. As a ‘female health and performance coach’ we work with women to address specific concerns related to their unique physiology and life circumstances.

We provide guidance, support, and personalized strategies to help women improve their physical fitness, nutrition, mental resilience, and overall lifestyle. The goal is to help women enhance their overall health, boost their energy levels, manage stress, and achieve their personal and professional goals, while also promoting self-care and self-compassion.

It's a wonderful way to invest in oneself and unlock the full potential of one's health and performance.

The program involves an initial consultation (face to face or over Zoom) once you have completed the ‘Lifestyle questionnaire’.

Next a summary report is presented to you identifying areas requiring attention (see image below).  This report will include recommendations and referrals; guidelines for training around your period cycle or whatever life stage you are in.

Detailed food and exercise plans can be developed at an additional cost to you if required.

At this point, you can either walk away with a clear path to follow or if you would like to continue your health and exercise journey at the studio we are here to help and can make recommendations on where to start at the studio.
